All of our felt is pre-washed to prevent this problem. We also recommend washing on cold. Remember, all our shirts have been tested in the wash at kandle kidswear world headquarters (our laundry room!) numerous times, and hold up great to the rigors of everyday washing and drying. back to top …

We are proud to use felt that is made of 100% post-consumer recycled PET bottles. The felt is solution dyed, which means that the color is encapsulated in the fiber during the manufacturing process. Solution dying means (a) no dye runoff into our water system, and (b) no bleeding in the wash! We do recommend washing on cold. Remember, all our shirts have been tested in the wash at kandle kidswear world headquarters (our laundry room!) numerous times, and hold up great to the rigors of everyday washing and drying. back to top …
