Do the boys really need to know the Brophy fight song?
Yes. After every game – win or lose – the team goes over to the fans and band where they join in with the singing of the Brophy fight song. In the past, after practice, Freshmen and JV coaches have been known throughout the season to randomly ask a player to stand in front of the team and sing the Brophy fight song. It was always a “good thing,” for the benefit of the rest of the team (especially after a tough practice), for the randomly picked player to know every word. Suffice it to say, each team member learned the Brophy fight song! The tradition continues after every Varsity game. Want (or need) to learn the Brophy Fight Song?
