Yes, a waiting list is established by the date that the application and application fee are received. No additional priority is given to an applicant based on University status/classification. Cityscapes Apartments do not have a waiting list as of January 1, 2010. Students interested in living there may move in immediately. Contact the Department of Residence Life for more information.
