No, the Account/CLEC Care Teams do not handle service order questions. Once you have placed an order via LSR or ASR, any subsequent questions should be submitted to the appropriate ordering center. For local service products, ordering questions should be directed to the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC). For access products, ordering questions should be submitted to the Interexchange Carrier Service Center (ICSC). These centers will address your ordering questions or will direct you accordingly.
