Do the Account and CLEC Care Teams have standard intervals for handling my questions and inquiries? What should I expect in the way of “turn-a-round times”?
As a standard practice, the Account Team and CLEC Care Team will acknowledge receipt of your inquiry within 24 hours. This acknowledgement could include an actual answer to your question, but might include a request for additional information or a discussion of the actions required to resolve your inquiry. As part of the acknowledgement, you might also be advised to contact the specific group within BellSouth that handles your question or concern. “Turn around times,” however, are not standardized. Instead, the Account Team or CLEC Care Team will determine resolution time frames based upon the nature and complexity of the issue, its urgency, and the projected amount of work and/or research required to return a complete and accurate response. The Account Team and CLEC Care Team will work cooperatively with you in providing reasonable and achievable target dates for resolving both routine and urgent questions.
