Do teachers who plan to retire before the end of the validity of their certificates have to complete Certificate Renewal Plans?
Teachers should submit Certificate Renewal Plans and complete the proportion of activities required for the number of years they will teach (ten percent per semester). When they retire, their certificates will be maintained as valid and exempt for their remaining years of validity. The certificates can then be renewed.
