Properly installed coolers will not leak. We warranty the roof work we perform for a period of 3 years from the installation date. Be aware: If it is raining outside and you have your cooler running, water droplets suspended in the air may accumulate in the duct system. If it is raining outside, the cooler should be turned down or shut off to minimize this possibility. Water leaks from running the cooler in the rain is not a warranty problem.
