Yes, the 16-digit code found each on SuperChecks™ Certificate is only valid for one-year from the date of issuance. Recipients must go online and enter the 16-digit code found on their SuperChecks™ Certificate within 1 year in order to obtain their points. Please check individual SuperChecks™ Certificates to view the date of issuance. Once the 16-digit SuperChecks™ Certificate code has been entered online, recipients have another full year from the date of online deposit to redeem points for rewards.
