Do sunroom or patio rooms leak?
No sunroom or patio room manufacturer sells a product that leaks. The issue is related to how that product is installed and this has a lot more to do with the company you hire to build your project. Insuring a company is licensed bonded and insured is a good first step but it is not enough to insure that your room will be enjoyable for the next twenty years.
