Students do not have to take an official TOEFL exam in order to apply. They are welcome to submit an official score if they have taken the exam before. However, the USA/USA conducts unofficial TOEFL testing as a part of its selection process. We inform students when and where we will administer the unofficial TOEFL exam and interviews in Ukraine. This should be in their oblast capital city or in a neighboring oblast capital. For example, Zhytomir applicants may have to travel to Vinnitsa or Kharkiv applicants may have to travel to Poltava. Much depends upon the distribution and number of applicants.
