School officials recognize that some students do not test well or may not test well on a given day. According to NC State Board policy, students scoring Level II are required to take Retest 1. Administration of Retest 1 for reading, math and science tests will occur in a reasonable time from the receipt of the initial test results. Remediation will be provided during the interim period.
