Student evaluations may occur depending on the department that they are associated with each year. Our pay rate structure is based on a 3 level table. Levels 1, 2, or 3 also have 4 steps within each level that students will be placed upon hiring. If a student is new to the department that they have been hired into and accepts a level 1, 2, or 3 position, they will start at step 1. If the student returns to the same department and has worked more than 125 hours in the previous academic year or summer employment, they will qualify for a step increase in the fall.
