Do strech marks appear after birth or before? ?
They can but it is not how it usually happens. You will usually get the stretch marks towards the end of the pregnancy if you are going to get them. Remember though, just because you are pregnant or having twins, doesn’t mean you will get stretch marks. 3 Children later for me and I still don’t have any and with my 2nd I got so big people thought I was having triplets, even my doctor said, if he hadn’t seen the ultra sound he would have guessed twins. Now sometimes they will become more visible after you give birth due to the fact you can look at the lower part of your abs a lot easier. Just make sure that you keep taking your pre-nats and moisturize that belly. Keep hydrated as well and you may not get any. Though from what I have seen it seems to be more in the genetics if you get stretch marks or not.
