Yes. Stonecrest four-storey condominium homes are constructed with a balcony. You may choose to enclose your balcony at added cost, and only from the approved building supplier. As the owner above or below you may not choose to enclose their balconies you should consider any enclosure as a “three season exterior space.” Please consult with a project team member for more information on balcony and sunroom locations.
