Do state & county homestead tax credits convey?
Does anyone know if state and county homestead tax credits, and county property tax credits – especially in Montgomery County – convey to new owners? i have been searching tax records on properties I may want to look at and see alot of tihs credit business, which makes a significant difference in your monthly escrows/bi-annual payment. Thanks for anyone who knows the answer to this!
