Do stamps, report card and tags cost extra, such as the second-rod stamp, steelhead report card, or California duck stamp?
A. You are still required to purchase additional stamps, report cards and tags. You can buy these from a License Agent or at a DFG License Office. You may make a one-time payment and purchase one or more of the “additional privileges packages”. By purchasing one of these privilege packages you receive the included privileges each year for the remainder of your life.
