Do staff that handle food have to be trained in food hygiene?
A10 The law requires that food businesses ensure their food handlers are supervised and instructed and/or trained in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work activity. Those with responsibility for the development and maintenance of HACCP must also have had received adequate training in the application of HACCP principles.
