Do SOPs submitted with the QAPP need to include the actual signatures of the approvers?

0

If a copy or electronic version of the SOP is submitted, an actual signature is not necessary. However, all referenced or attached SOPs should be current and approved by the Project and/or Laboratory QA Manager, as required. In this scenario, a signed copy should be present and needs to be included.
