Do some students begin studying at Ridley when they leave school?
Yes, several students have done that in recent years. It is more usual to do more study, or get work experience or both, before starting at Ridley. Students who benefit most from Ridley are often those who have had experience of ministry leadership, such as leading a home group or Bible study, teaching sunday school, doing personal evangelism, or leading youth work. Many benefit from having done a traineeship for one or two years, such as the eQuip program at St Judes Carlton.
