Culture is culture. To a large extent the gangs and rappers empower each other and help each other coexist. If you banned rappers would the gangs still exist? Certainly – but maybe fewer people would be drawn in.

I think that the rap culture was fueled by gang culture.. which now fuels gang culture.. I think it’s a continuing cycle.

yea in some ways but then again when u got rappers who are in gangs and rappers who just want to be in Gangs (Lil Wayne) alot of raps about drugs and murder come in i call it Trap Music but yea it works both ways
