Soldiers, who are in a current eArmyU Technology Package (Laptop) Participation Agreement, receive comprehensive support from a variety of sources before and during enrollment in the program. Specifically, they have access to four levels of support: • eArmyU Level – ACES Counselors, eArmyU Program Mentors (PMs) (laptop enrollees only), IBM Student Support Services, and the 24/7 GoArmyEd Helpdesk serve as sources of information on eArmyU program requirements and features. • Degree Level – ACES Counselors and PMs (laptop enrollees only) work with campus points-of-contact (POC) to advise Soldiers on degree requirements. Once enrolled in eArmyU, Army Education Counselors may also help Soldiers select and enroll in degree programs appropriate to their interests and academic level. • Course Level – Instructors serve as the primary source of support for Soldiers in a given class, but PMs (laptop enrollees only) work proactively with Soldiers identified by their instructors or by prior perform
