Do Snakebites (the Piercing) leave scars.?
Pretty much all piercings leave scars. I had a lip piercing (and now have a monroe) and it was in for about six months, then I took it out and it closed almost immediately, but left a tiny scar. It’s about the size of a ball-point pen-tip, but is right on/near the lip so it’s hard to notice, and easily covered with makeup or even lipstick most times. As for leaking, I’ve never heard of that nor experienced it with any oral piercings. Also, it feels pretty awful, but anytime you’re getting a needle shoved through your flesh it tends to do that. At least the pain is only intense for a few seconds, but afterwards there is swelling and tenderness.
