yes, and far more, in fact silver rizla actually contain more chemicals than green, simply to make them translucent and also to strengthen the paper (it is actually the same thickness as blue rizla, but strangely see through) but if you are a smoker (like me) why are you worried about a tiny amout of chlorine when nicotine in pure form is actually far more toxic
