Your scar is hypertrophic and silicone sheets are supposed to work well on these. I have a scar on my face and have been using the sheets for 3 weeks and have noticed a slight difference. They are supposed to be up to 90% effective so theres no harm in trying. I think rejuveness do round sheets specifically for breasts so check their website(below) out. Massage is supposed to break scar tissue down so a 5 min massage a day might also help, whilst vitamin e and bio oil will help soften and fade the scar. Rio Rosa mosqeuta oil is claimed to be good for this too. The increase of collagen production helps to break down the scar tissue and rebuild new smoother scars.
