Do Shirelle Collection products come with a guarantee?
We make sure to sell only the highest quality products in the Shirelle Collection brand, and as long as the customer takes care of the product, we are confident that it will wear well. However if you find the hair is falling out or knotting at the back within 4 months of making a purchase, we will be happy to repair your product for free. We would like our customers to be aware that naturally curly and chemically curled hair requires upkeep of brushing and detangling to ensure a long product life.
