Do sexy adverts encourage discrimination against women?
Yes of course they do, your cartoon link is quite funny but in todays climate it is as though feminism had never happened and idealised images of perfect women, (and men) are used to try to sell products which no one really needs. Hopefully we will all be able to form our own opinions once again soon and will resist advertising in favour of what commercially advertised products are actually worth buying and give value for money! Remember, we do still have the Advertising Standards Commission at our disposal if anyone really believes the commercial companies have gone over the top.
