Do sessions include a warm-up, cardiovascular training, resistance training, flexibility training and cool-down?
Sessions may include all of the above components. However, with shorter sessions (i.e. 40 minutes) time is limited and it is strongly recommended that you (the client) do some things such as the warm-up, cardiovascular training and stretching outside of the session so that the limited time during the session can be spent on things such as resistance and stability training which have many technical aspects.
