Do Scout Counselors Participate in Program?
Scout counselors can participate in all programs where possible. Program has reserved the right to ask Scout Counselors to help on an event if required to ensure the event runs. Program’s main interest is ensuring youth are accommodated first, however they will do there utmost to allow Scout Counselors to participate as well. We are sure that in those instances where this can not be done, that there will be understanding on the part of both, the Patrol, and the Scout Counselors! We emphasize that Scout Counselors MUST accompany their Patrol to all Activities as per Scouts Canada requirements!
