Do scottish people dislike english, irish, welsh, australian ppl?
The Scottish People have an obvious disdain for the English. But you realize that they had been under the Harsh Rule of the Crown for Centuries ( long term hatred dies hard). That is also just the Scots I have met. Mainly the Scottish Descended from the Scottish immigrants. I have only met a few from the UK and they have not said much that was negative concerning the English. There was also some problems with the Irish and that was due the the Catholic vs. Protestant Wars in Ireland. I have heard that my Clann (Clann Gregor) claims to have came to Scotland from Ireland in the early 4th century. How accurate that is I’m not sure. So Most of the Scots are either descended from the Vikings, The Irish, Or the Picts. The Picts were in Scotland when the Scots first came to Scotland it was then Called Caledonia.
