Do satellite systems provide HDTV signals?
Both major service providers can give you HD signals, and a third, called VOOM offers the largest selection of HD satellite service available, (although they don’t offer quite as good a selection of analog signals, nor are they as cheap). For local HD programming, however, you will still need an off-air antenna until the satellite companies get the details worked out.
