Do RRSA participants need to be technically savvy?
RRSA requires some basic knowledge and skills, such as those related to opening an email message, using a mouse to point and click in order to select responses to questions, and navigating a select number of canned and actual websites on a limited basis. If a person has an active e-mail account and is familiar enough with the internet to perform a basic internet search in Google, he or she possesses the technical skills necessary to complete RRSA. 1.8.
