To the best of my knowledge, there is no one official symbol. There are several flags which are used in different countries to represent the Church: for example, the red Jerusalem Cross on a white background is used by the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land group. You also frequently see the “wheat and grapes” motive on the Altar to symbolize the Eucharist. And as someone else pointed out, the Chi Ro symbol is often seen in churches. But unlike the Methodists with their cross and tongues of flame symbol, I’m not aware of a specific symbol for the Church.
