No. Only new divers need to complete all of the registration forms. Returning divers need to complete Form No. 1 – Schedule Selection Form and Form No. 4 – Payment Form. On Form No. 1 please select the days and times you will be attending. On Form No. 4 please indicate the total for your selections and which payment method you will be using.
