Do remanufactured products include a full right-to-use (RTU) Solaris Operating System license?
Yes. Unlike used systems sold by most third parties, all remanufactured products include a full RTU Solaris Operating System license at no extra cost. Only a very limited number of companies are authorized to include a valid Solaris license when they resell Sun systems from Oracle. Customers who purchase systems from non-authorized third parties must obtain a legal Solaris Operating System license. In almost all cases, the Solaris Operating System must be removed from resold equipment before delivery to the customer.
