Do regular SLR camera lens work with Digital SLR cameras as well?

Yes, all Canon EF lenses will work on all Canon digital SLR bodies. Canon introduced the EF lens mount in 1987, and most all lenses produced by Canon after 1987 has an EF mount. Note that currently all Canon digital SLR bodies under $2,000 have a smaller sensor size than a frame of 35mm film, cropping every picture they take. This effectively changes the field-of-view of the lens. For example, the least expensive Canon digital body has a 1.6 crop factor. This makes a 17-40mm zoom lens used on this digital body to have a similar field-of-view as a 27-64mm lens would on a film camera. Sources: http://en.wikipedia.
