Do refrigerators emit radiation from the back?

No. Just heat, some of which might (I guess) manifest itself as infrared radiation, but of a VERY long wavelength (ie. very low energy). Most of the heat enters the air via conduction and convection. The only other conceivable emissiion might be some electromagnetic radiation from the motor, but there’s nothing “fridge-specific” about that.
