Yes. Before you will receive a new license it is required by BC Soccer Association that all Entry Level referees or higher, attend a Refresher Clinic annually prior to refereeing games. It is also mandatory by VYSA for all returning Small-Sided Referees’ to take a Refresher Clinic.
