Do recruiters phone interview all employee referrals?
Employee referrals are an extremely valued part of Expedia Inc.’s recruiting strategy; however, it is not possible for the recruiting staff to phone interview each referral. While every referral will be contacted via email or phone within 72 hours, our efforts focus on the individuals who best fit the requirements of the position. Additionally, your friend’s resume will be entered into our candidate database and viewable by all recruiters for future opportunities.
