No, each assay is supplied as lyophilized, premixed primer pairs. Reaction components for real-time RT-PCR must be additionally purchased. For two-step RT-PCR, the QuantiTect Reverse Transcription Kit and QuantiTect SYBR Green PCR Kit are required. For one-step RT-PCR, the QuantiTect SYBR Green RT-PCR Kit is needed.
