Do projects that are presented at the Academic Festival have to be reviewed by the PRB?
If it is possible that you might present your findings beyond Skidmore College, at a professional conference, then you should go through a review by the PRB before you collect data. If you would not present your findings, even if they turn out to be very theoretically interesting and important, then your Academic Festival project does not require review.
