DO PROJECTS NEED TO MEET ALL THE UK THEMES AND OUTCOMES FOR EACH COUNTRY?
If you are carrying out a UK-wide research project, you must address at least one of BIG’s UK themes. You may also address the particular outcomes for one or more countries. If you are carrying out a research project in one of the UK countries, you must address at least one of BIG’s outcomes for that country. If your project involves more than one UK country, you must address at least one of the country outcomes for each country involved. If you are carrying out a project in one country, your project does not need to have a UK-wide impact. However, you are expected to demonstrate how you will have an impact at the country level.
