Explain. No, you tend to be courteous of your fellow class mates because you dont want to be responsible for a bad grade. It is rare, to me, for anyone not to perform well on a group project. At work people dont seem to care as much. In school everyone is of the same mind set, usually, for bettering themselves. In some work applications people are just there to collect a pay check. Not really. A project in the MBA program is a forced grouping of individuals with very different backgrounds and skill levels. There is less motivation to pout together a good work product and less time to get together. I think a little bit, but I think that people are much more liable for completing assignments in the work place. In school people may slack off and give responsibility to others more than they would in business. Group projects resemble real business team environment to an extent.
