All laser printer cartridges sold by the Central Services supply room are purchased from Kansas State Use vendors and carry “Satisfaction Guaranteed” warranties. In the event of a cartridge problem or failure call the supply room at extension 3545. The supply room staff will contact the vendor for resolution. If the problem cannot be immediately corrected, the cartridge will be replaced.
