&nbsp Josh Cohen kicks off the General Election campaign on September 26, 2009 at the Kunta Kinte / Alex Haley Memorial at City Dock. Cohen is introduced by fellow Annapolis native Jenelle Murph, board member of the Mt. Olive Community Development Corporation. A day earlier, the Annapolis Democratic Central Committee had unanimously appointed Josh to be the party’s nominee after the winner of the Primary Election, Zina Pierre, declined the nomination.
