If the the females all get along well you shouldn’t have to move Delilah. Guinea pigs are social and the other females may act as aunts to the babies. Just keep an eye out and make sure that everyone is getting along, not losing weight, and that the babies are all getting chance to nurse. Obviously, separate if you are concerned, they fight, or someone isn’t doing as well as expected. You need to make sure that you have a large cage. Cube and coroplast cages work well, they are large and cheap.
