Do Power Drinks Make Youngsters Hyper!?
You don’t control your own hyperness of your own will beyond your natural energy levels and food and drink intake. For the folks that mention Red Bull and energy drinks don’t pay any attention to them. Power drinks are sports drinks and are completely separate from energy or stimulation drinks. They do not contain caffeine. These people also prove that they have no business talking about them since they don’t know what the differences are. If you don’t use a sports or power drink as intended then it can cause you to be a little hyper. Maybe more depending on how much you drink and how much sugar is in it. These should only be used when you are active. They are not to be used for casual drinking.
