Certain screens may require pop-up blockers to be disabled. It is suggested that you set your pop-up blocker to always trust the EMIS website by allowing the following site: *.emis-sigd.gc.ca (without the quotes). Each pop-up blocker may be different, so for details it is recommended that you contact your IT department to make appropriate adjustments to these settings.
