Do POOL TABLES have to be serviced?
The POOL TABLES should last a life time if it has a slate bed. The wood you will need to keep dry and out of sun light, the sun light will suck all the juices out of the wood and the wood will fade in colour and go light. Except for scratches and marks there is hardly any maintenance required. The POOL TABLES cloth will last between 2 and 10 years depending on use. When you brush the cloth, brush it the same way as the nap, it is a good idea to hoover the cloth, because when you brush it the dust goes up and then settles back down again. You can iron the cloth but your cloth will not last as long if you do iron it. There are fabric’s you can use on the POOL TABLES cloth that will extend its life. The cushions rubbers will need to be replaced every 5-10 years.
