Do Pokemon in Colosseum and XD gain Evs?
Yes, every Pokemon you defeat gives your Pokemon EVs (if it gained experience from the battle). The only thing I’m not sure about is when the EVs are applied. I’m assuming that because all the experience is given to the Pokemon upon purification, it gains all of the EVs then. But, yes, your Entei has EVs if it helped to defeat an opponent’s Pokemon.
