Do PNG and Capsule credit switching fees, if any?
Yes, both companies will credit the fee but with some differences. PNG write your PNG account number on your local phone bill (indicating the switching fee) and fax it to the PNG Customer Service Department at 1-888-715-3534 or mail to the address on your PNG bill. Capsule credits commercial accounts only and does not re-imburse residential accounts.
